You get a profile that's shown to all the same clients. But is restricted in detail. We'll show your name, sector and sub-sector. If you've got a name that's synonymous with outstanding recruitment in that niche, you'll probably be swamped with business.

All the things which make you the best recruiter for them. It's not just your niche. It's your ability. Your personality. Your work ethic. Recfindr is the best place to show clients why you're as good as you say you are.
Firstly, you don't. Secondly, this is a site only for niche specialists. Recruiters with a niche so tight they'd restrict blood flow if you wore it as a tie. Tell us where your geographical hotspot is, and you'll get a better response. If you haven't, you might want to consider signing up for a full account. The free profile is your window to the site. Have a look, you might like what you see.
Sadly not jack. We're a site for niche specialists only. If you're not able to determine which market and sub-sector you shine in, we won't show you off to potential clients. By not allowing generalists on our site, we protect the integrity of our specialists and create a better product for everyone.
Share your reviews online high and wide. Getting a great review on Recfindr sets you apart from other outstanding Financial recruiters. It's worth shouting from a mountain. You could spray paint your review on the buildings of Canary Wharf? Maybe print it and send it to everyone in the Lloyds building? Or, if you're more of a straight shooter, just share on socials.
A complete profile's the best way to start. Then, you'll need to attract some eyeballs. We spend virtually all of our time showcasing the website and the best people on it. If that's you, great. But sharing your profile is also a great idea.
Recfindr is a paid service. We charge a fee to the recruiter for access to a market of hiring companies. If you've been lucky enough to get a free trial, make the most of it. Like most people, we need to eat. So can't offer access for free, for life. The more complete your profile is, the more benefit you'll get from being a user.
You need time to build a personal brand. We're consistently selling your ability to clients. But don't worry. We don't take any cut or % of your hard earned commission. Just a flat fee.

Every recruiter is prompted to set up a company page. This is to verify you're a niche specialist recruiter and are deserving of being shown to the best hirers in your market. This isn't the wild west or LinkedIn. We only promote the best niche recruiters to the best hiring companies. We'll parade your assets like a show pony, but first, we need to know your pedigree.
Just 10 mins of your time. That's about the same as 3 people telling you they're inexplicably in a meeting, despite picking up the company landline.
You can, you just won't be verified. RecFindr's all about giving credibility to your ability. Add your company page and hiring companies will find it easier to trust you.
Your profile's owned by whoever buys the licence. If you buy it yourself, you have nothing to worry about and can change it at any time. Naturally however, if your employer buys your profile, it's likely they'll want to give it to someone who still works for them. Seems fair?
It's a magical initialism which defines if you're a real recruiter or not. If you don't know it, ask your boss, the IT bod you still don't know the name of so just call 'mate', or Google.
If you want two separate profiles, you want a bundle. We've tiered the pricing so it's a no brainer too. As you grow, or see the benefit of being a Recfindr member, you can add more profiles or get a bundle if there's 5 or more of you.
